TESTER T500
The mobile, fast measurement at the workstation
The simple operation and the reliable measurement quality is the standard in the class of mobile roughness measuring instruments. With just two keys and one thumb wheel, the HOMMEL TESTER T500 is easy to handle in production. The instrument calculates all common parameters and monitors the tolerance limits set for them.
The measurement results can be saved in the instrument and can be evaluated by the Windows software TURBO DATAWIN.
The HOMMEL PRINTER P510 is the handy thermal printer for mobile operation in connection with the HOMMEL TESTER T500 and prints your measurement results quickly and simply on site.

HOMMEL TESTER T1000
Simple, mobile measurement of roughness, waviness and profile
Whether in the workshop, on the production line or in the lab, the HOMMEL TESTER T1000 meets the highest requirements as a complete, mobile measuring station.
The T1000 basic is suitable for all standard roughness measuring tasks with skid scanning system. It is excellently suitable for measuring the cross scanning between collars. The T1000 wave measures primary profiles and wavinesses additionally with the reference plane scanning system.
The large display shows parameters and profile logs clearly. The results can also be logged on the integrated printer. In stationary operation, very demanding evaluations can be made with the Windows software TURBO DATAWIN.

HOMMEL TESTER W55
The professional evaluation unit for roughness metrology in the workshop and on the production line.
The HOMMEL TESTER W55 supplies accurate measurement results fast and uncomplicated. Operation is closely based on workshop practice. The large colour display shows parameters, measuring conditions and surface profiles. It is operated by robust function keys, detailed information can be called additionally by the touch screen.
HOMMEL TESTER W55 manages data professionally. Measurement logs are printed in DIN A4 format or saved optionally in electronic form as a PDF file. Optionally, the results are archived in the internal memory and can be exported by USB memory stick - or they are saved directly on a central server via the network connection which is also possible in qs-STAT® data format.

HOMMEL TESTER T8000
The stationary roughness measuring station for all applications.
The PC-based roughness measuring stations leave nothing to be desired in terms of the evaluation possibilities for calculation and representation of the roughness parameters according to international standards. Even complex measuring tasks can be implemented with these systems. With the optional CNC software, measurements can be made fully automatically. Whether in the measuring room or on the production line, the HOMMEL TESTER T8000 is available in all suitable configurations. The modular concept allows these roughness measuring stations to be extended for topography measurement or contour measurement at any time later and are therefore a safe investment. You have the choice, we have the right measuring station configuration depending on the workpiece size and measuring task:
